Annual HR Workshop

At our annual HR Workshop this year, we will focus on staff productivity and engagement as the key discussion topics. The 2021 ICBF results show that SAIs in our region are struggling to retain, recognise and develop staff, in some cases with limited financial resources. The aim of the workshop, therefore, is to share ideas, and experiences and explore opportunities to address these concerns.

SAIs will gain the most value from this workshop by nominating HR practitioners and/or HR officers and/or HR managers and/or corporate services directors/managers, who are responsible for strategy development, training and professionalisation in the SAI. As part of our commitment to promote gender equality, we urge SAIs to consider the equitable representation of their nominees.
