Regional Workshop: Strategic, Operational & Risk Management

The aim of this workshop is to supporting SAIs to adopt integrated strategic planning and risk management approaches. This will include specific emphasis on developing the SAI audit strategy and indicators as well as execution and monitoring.  We expect that this workshop will provide participants with a platform for learning by sharing experiences and challenges when building SAIs as learning organisations that lead by example.
