Assists a SAI to improve the levels in the following areas within Domain 1: Independence and legal framework, and Domain 2: Organisation and management

Submitting an annual report on its own performance to parliament and key stakeholders (Question 29)
Monitoring and evaluating the annual operational plan (Question 55)
Establishing a monitoring and evaluation framework and function/expertise that supports the management team in meeting the SAI’s goals and objectives (Question 66)
Developing and implementing a monitoring and evaluation framework to provide input on the achievement of its strategic goals and objectives, as well as input into the next strategic planning phase (Question 71)
