Our strategic goal of transforming SAIs’ organisational capabilities has three objectives:

• Helping SAIs to instil results-driven stakeholder relationships
• Improving SAI leadership and organisational capability for transformational excellence
• Ensuring the SAI has highly skilled, productive, professional, and engaged staff

Six focus areas have been identified as critical to achieving these objectives. Within each focus area, several capacity-building initiatives, from guides to workshops to programmes, are available to assist a SAI to transform its organisational capabilities for greater impact.
