Charting a Course
- 19th Technical Conference
29 October - 1 November 2024
We are pleased to announce that the annual Technical Conference will take place from 29 October to 1 November 2024 in Pretoria, South Africa.
In an era marked by rapid change and increasing complexity, it is imperative for our organisations to adapt and lead the way in setting new standards of excellence. This year’s conference theme is Charting a Course, and it will focus on defining the best course for our institutions to be future-ready and exploring the critical milestones to be achieved along the way to ensure we reach our desired destinations.
This gathering presents a unique opportunity for senior SAI officials to engage with peers, exchange insights, and collectively explore strategies that will shape the future of our regional SAIs. It is a chance to delve into innovative approaches and new technical guidelines, share best practices, and discuss the role of leadership in steering our institutions toward success in a dynamic environment. We believe this will be an exciting and enriching experience for all participants. Portuguese interpretation will be available.
Registration
We invite SAIs and institutional partners to nominate senior delegates to attend the Technical Conference. We encourage SAIs to nominate individuals who have demonstrated expertise and leadership and, are in positions to drive the implementation of new guidance and initiatives at the SAI.
