Annual Human Resources Regional Workshop

The 2025 HR Regional Workshop aims to bring together HR professionals and supervisors across Supreme Audit Institutions (SAIs) to explore strategic and practical approaches to human resource management that are essential for preparing our workforce to meet future challenges.

The workshop objective is to equip SAI HR professionals with advanced strategies and practical skills to effectively manage the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to retirement, and to develop strategic HR competencies that drive organisational success.

To ensure the workshop achieves its objectives, we invite SAIs to nominate participants actively involved in HR strategy and implementation, particularly:

• HR business partners and professionals responsible for Human Resource Management activities; and
• Supervisors or line managers who play a pivotal role in daily people management and talent development.
