Online Workshop: Gender, Diversity & Inclusion

On 1 November 2022, AFROSAI-E, in collaboration with the GIZ, will be hosting an online workshop as part of our continued support to SAIs in the region to become gender-responsive organisations.
Workshop theme: The impact of SAI culture on gender, diversity and inclusion initiatives.
We have partnered with several notable presenters from the IDI, PASAI, the GIZ and the AFROSAI-E region to facilitate this workshop. We will cover the following topics:
- The impact of SAI culture on diversity, gender, and inclusion initiatives.
- CBC HRM Guide Chapter on Diversity, Inclusion & Gender.
- Feedback on gender journeys – SAI Eritrea, SAI The Gambia and SAI Rwanda.
- Developing and implementing a gender, diversity, and inclusion policy.
The workshop aims to capacitate participants to steer their SAIs on a gender, diversity, and inclusion transformation journey.
