Who?

For HR and training professionals, staff responsible for SAI strategy, and SAI managers

How?

That helps define the competencies for all the roles within a SAI, which then forms the basis for job profiles, recruitment, performance management, leadership, and training assessments

Why?

To ensure the SAI has a solid foundation from where to customise its HR practices, implement best practices, and attract, motivate, develop, and retain highly skilled SAI professionals
