How?
That capacitates a SAI’s leaders and managers to inspire, influence, motivate, recognise, and guide others to achieve and sustain excellence in the SAI environment while assisting the SAI to reach at least level 3 in each of the five ICBF domains
Why?
To ensure that the SAI has highly skilled, productive, professional, and engaged staff, has leaders that promote transformational excellence, and experiences results-driven stakeholder relationships.
