Annual Regional Human Resources Workshop
Building on the themes explored in previous workshops on The Future Ready Workforce, the 2026 HR Workshop will bring together HR professionals and supervisors from SAIs to explore strategic and practical approaches to human resource management to prepare the workforce for future challenges. A key focus of this year’s workshop will be peer-to-peer learning and knowledge sharing among SAIs.
The Workshop aims to equip HR professionals with advanced strategies and practical skills to effectively manage the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to retirement, while strengthening the strategic HR competencies needed to drive organisational success. To support this objective, each nominated participant will have the opportunity to present a successful HR-related project implemented within their SAI, providing a platform for participants to learn from one another and share good practices.
