Regional Workshop: Human Resources

The Regional HR Workshop this year will focus on cultivating thriving teams: empowering productivity and engagement. The workshop will expand on the 2022 ICBF results, which shed light on the challenges SAIs face in retaining, recognising, and developing their staff due to various constraints. By bringing together professionals from SAIs in a collaborative setting, the event aims to foster a dynamic environment that encourages exchanging ideas, experiences, and opportunities to tackle HR challenges in SAIs effectively.

SAIs will gain the most value from this workshop by nominating HR practitioners, HR officers, HR managers and corporate services directors/managers responsible for strategy development, training and professionalisation in the SAI.
