Regional Workshop: Strategic Leadership for Deputy Auditors General

In an increasingly complex and demanding environment, the need for strong, adaptive, and forward-looking leadership at this level has never been greater. The 2026 Strategic Leadership Workshop for Deputy Auditors General, scheduled for 6 to 10 July 2026, will be held under the theme “Resilience: Strengthening People, Processes, and Partnerships.”
The workshop will equip participants with the tools, perspectives, and practical approaches needed to enhance both leadership effectiveness and organisational performance in an ever-evolving public sector landscape. We will explore key areas relevant to strategic leadership at the Deputy Auditor General level, including:
