Regional Workshop: Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
AFROSAI-E’s capacity development initiatives go beyond targeted training and include peer-to-peer experience sharing. Learning from other SAIs in the region about successful strategies, challenges faced, and solutions adopted helps SAIs better understand their environment. This approach forms the basis of the 2026 Regional Communication and Stakeholder Engagement (CSE) Workshop, hosted by SAI Uganda from 29 June to 3 July 2026, in Kampala, Uganda.
The workshop, themed “CSE in Practice,” will present OAG Uganda’s journey in developing its internal and external stakeholder relationships, as well as its future plans. Participants will also receive training on existing AFROSAI-E CSE materials to facilitate in-house training at their respective SAIs.
We encourage SAIs to nominate participants who are actively involved in Communication and Stakeholder Engagement activities and who can conduct in-house training to share knowledge gained.
