The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Report outlines the Secretariat’s performance against the targets set for 2024, while also reflecting on the past five years since initiating the Strategic Plan in 2020. The Operational Plan, relevant activities, and project reports documented within the online AFROSAI-E Monitoring and Evaluation System (AMES) inform this report. This document provides accountability to our internal and external stakeholders, evaluating our successes and areas for improvement. Additionally, it allows us to leverage the insights gained to enhance our effectiveness and maintain our relevance within the region.

We recommend that this report be read in conjunction with the Annual Report, which primarily addresses Goal 4 of our Strategic Plan, and the State of the Region: ICBF Self-Assessment Report, which centres on the improvement journey and maturity levels of SAIs.
