The AFROSAI-E Strategic Plan for 2025–2029 is a forward-thinking roadmap designed to strengthen Supreme Audit Institutions (SAIs) across our region and enhance their impact on public sector accountability.

Guided by the vision of “Making a difference in the performance of SAIs,” the plan focuses on developing SAIs into well-functioning institutions that produce value-adding audits. These objectives underscore our commitment to supporting SAIs in becoming resilient, independent, and efficient organisations capable of addressing the dynamic needs of their stakeholders.

Importantly, as a donor-funded organisation, the plan also highlights the critical role of existing and new development partners in supporting our mission. Expanding our network of supporters will be essential to achieving our ambitious goals for the next five years.
