AFROSAI-E is seeking proposals from qualified shuttle service providers to deliver reliable transportation services for its delegates.

Scope of Work

The scope of work for shuttle services includes, but is not limited to:

• Timely and reliable shuttle transportation services between the OR Tambo International Airport and Pretoria-based hotels, or the AFROSAI-E premises.
• Safety and comfort of passengers during transit.
• Adherence to traffic laws, designated routes and pickup/drop-off points.

Proposal Requirements

Interested shuttle service providers are requested to submit their proposals including:

• Company profile and required supporting documentation.
• Details of relevant experience and references.
• Proposed approach and methodology. Including description of available vehicles.
• Cost estimate and pricing structure.
