As part of our commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence, AFROSAI-E is pleased to announce a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a comprehensive organisational review of the AFROSAI-E Secretariat.
With the adoption of our new 2025–2029 Strategic Plan, AFROSAI-E is entering a pivotal phase of transformation. The plan reflects our ambition to deepen our impact and relevance in a fast-changing global and regional environment. At the heart of this ambition is a renewed focus on becoming a model organisation — one that demonstrates excellence in governance, transparency, staff development, and strategic partnerships.
To effectively implement this new strategic direction, it is essential that our operating model and internal structure are fully aligned with our priorities and remain fit for purpose in the years ahead. The organisational review will therefore assess the current state of the Secretariat’s structure, functions, and processes, and provide actionable recommendations to strengthen our capacity to deliver on our mandate.
Scope of the Review
The review will cover, among others:
- Alignment of the current organisational structure with the strategic goals
- Efficiency and effectiveness of internal processes and systems
- Staffing capacity and skills to support key workstreams
- Recommendations for strengthening internal governance and accountability mechanisms
Submission Deadlines
Interested consultants or firms are invited to submit their proposals in accordance with the following key deadlines:
- Intent to Submit Certificate: 13 June 2025
