AFROSAI-E is seeking an experienced and motivated Results-Based Management (RBM) Manager to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented professional to play a key role in advancing organisational performance and accountability, both within the AFROSAI-E Secretariat and across our regional network of Supreme Audit Institutions (SAIs).
Reporting to the Executive Officer, the RBM Manager will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining the systems and processes that support evidence-based planning, performance monitoring, and the effective reporting of results. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams to ensure that activities are strategically aligned and contribute to the achievement of measurable outcomes.
In addition to supporting internal performance management, the RBM Manager will contribute to AFROSAI-E’s regional capacity-building initiatives by providing technical guidance to member SAIs on the implementation of RBM practices. This includes supporting the integration of performance management principles in their institutional frameworks to enhance transparency, efficiency, and accountability.
