This internship is designed for recent graduates who are eager to gain practical experience and develop their skills in a dynamic, regional, and multicultural environment.

As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute to key initiatives that support our member Supreme Audit Institutions (SAIs). Your work will span a variety of HR activities, including research, digital learning development, and project support, offering a comprehensive insight into the operations of HR within a regional public sector organisation.

This internship provides a unique chance to:

• Gain hands-on experience in human resources management.

• Work on projects that impact member SAIs across Africa.

• Develop skills in research, digital learning, and HR programme delivery.
